It is really easy to figure out if your builder has your best interests at heart.

โ Do they talk about the shade in the afternoons/morning sun and how it will affect your bedrooms and alfresco?
โ Do they discuss the slope of the land/how the block with work with your layout?
โ Do they recommend a layout right for YOU or just one that โsellsโ well
โ Do they take into account a great foundation for resale when you are ready to move on? (2yrs-50yrs โ we all need to sell at some point)
โ Does your builder/real estate agency seem to recommend one estate only (they may be getting a commission!)
โ Do they take the time to explain the benefits of what is available? Eg. proximity of schools, public transport, shops, setbacks, design guidelines etc. to ensure the block suits your lifestyle
These are the questions that will ultimately ensure you get the house and land package that is right for you.
