Breezes Muirhead

Situated just minutes from the Casuarina shopping precinct, Royal Darwin Hospital, northern beaches, the airport and a golf course, Breezes Muirhead was built to seamlessly integrate with Darwin’s unique tropical climate. The community has been cleverly planned to suit the local climate with strategically aligned street layouts capturing prevailing cross flow breezes and sweeping shaded spaces for natural cooling.

A shopping centre is currently underway and its expected completion is late 2019/ early 2020. With a choice of nineteen primary and secondary schools in the district, there are no plans for a school to be built within Breezes Muirhead. Darwin CBD is only a 10 minute drive away, which is a thriving hub of pubs, restaurants and night life. The average lot size is 600m², with blocks ranging from 450m² to more than 4,000m².

Extensive open green space, parklands and neighbourhood pocket-parks add to the overall feeling of space and sense of community, making Muirhead one of Darwin’s premiere suburbs.


Zuccoli Village

A new public primary school will also be built adjacent to Mother Teresa Catholic Primary School, and is expected to open in term one, 2020. Located on Farrar Boulevard is Mackillop Catholic College. In the surrounding Palmerston suburbs, just minutes away, there are multiple public and private primary, middle and senior schools as well as pre-schools and childcare centres.


Zuccoli Aspire

Zuccoli Aspire is the most affordable land development the Northern Territory has experienced for quite some time. With development planned over 12 stages, Zuccoli Aspire will offer residents a family-friendly, natural environment complemented by scenic leafy streets, large parks, green open spaces, two schools and child care centres. Mother Teresa Catholic Primary School is located at the entrance of Aspire and currently accepts students from Early Learning to year 2 but will expand to year 6 in 2019. A new public primary school will also be built adjacent to Mother Teresa Catholic Primary School, and is expected to open in term one, 2020. There are multiple public and private primary, middle and senior schools as well as pre-schools and childcare centres only minutes away in the surrounding Palmerston suburbs.

Residential lots range from 300m² to 4000m² and offer over 30 hectares of open space with a total of 10 parks planned and a new town centre in the works. Currently proposed are a shopping precinct and specialty shops, dog park, lakes, sports oval, family friendly licensed bistro and ampitheatre. The Gateway Shopping Centre is located 5km away, and the Palmerston Regional Hospital scheduled to open in 2019 only 4km drive. The bus service to Zuccoli Aspire is now active and the routes are constantly expanding.


Mitchell Creek Green
